SOUTH LANCASHIRE ESPERANTO GROUP ANNOUNCES PACKED EVENTS PROGRAMME

Local speakers of Esperanto, the international language, can look forward to an interesting series of events in Southport and beyond. The active South Lancashire Esperanto Group recently announced its autumn and winter 2006/2007 programme as follows:

Saturday 7 October 2006 The Eaton Hotel, Chester	North West Esperanto Federation meeting Members of the South Lancashire Esperanto Group will attend this regional event, where eminent Esperantist, Dr Paul Gubbins will be the guest speaker. His chosen subject is the recent Universal Esperanto Congress in Florence.
Saturday 11 November 2006 Southport	«Stanjo - a very enthusiastic Esperantist» Jim Voiels will profile his Polish correspondent
Saturday 16 December 2006 Southport	World Esperanto Day Vivienne Isherwood will present an international slide show
Saturday 6 January 2007 Southport	«The life of Admiral Nelson» Members of the South Lancashire Esperanto Group will translate this history from Annice Szrajbman
Saturday 3 February 2007 Southport	Esperanto news from around UK Members will focus on various Esperanto publications
